Sniper 66
Sniper 66
Sniper 66 cultivates a brash, hard hitting brand of punk from their home soil in Austin, Texas. Sniper 66 was formed in 2009, by singer/guitarist Dylan Close and bassist Jeff Ellis, later rounded out by guitarist Jeremy Brister and drummer April Schupmann. They play punk, tight and crisp with bullet paced drums. While giving a nod to the forefathers, they also blend in the fury of 90’s punk. For over four years, Sniper 66 has been putting a modern spin on a classic genre of music.

Incendiary, invigorating sounds have been distilled to ensure maximum delivery. You can hear bands like Oxymoron, One Way System, Abrasive Wheels, The Booked, The Pug Uglies and The Virus weave in and out of these still original sounds. They have shared the stage with Krum Bums, The Krays, Lower Class Brats, DOA, Hudson Falcons, and Bishops Green, among others.

Rock and roll grit fuels tunes like “Firecracker”, “I Know It’ True” and “All Dressed Up” from their breakout self-titled album. Mostly, Sniper 66 sets a course straight ahead and finds the fastest way to get there. Charging through most songs in under two minutes, Sniper 66 get to the point and fire up anyone within range.

They blazed a path of new fans after a midwest tour last year where they burned down the stage at Tulsa’s F-You We Rule OK Fest. Sniper 66 has a 22 date US tour centered around Chicago’s Midwest Live & Loud Festival this May to promote their sophomore full length album, ‘Caput Lupinum’. Featuring tracks like “Another War” and “Society”, it is evident that this band is showing no signs of slowing down.

Clench your teeth, raise a pint, and prepare to scream!
Violent Affair
Violent Affair
Bomb City, 2013… Fighting Red State prejudice and championing free speech, Violent Affair has been stoking the flames of rebellion since 2009. These Oklahoma Street Punks prove that real, unadulterated punk rock is still thriving in the heartland. This 5 piece faction of seasoned musicians consists of former members of The Rippers, The Violence, The Costellos and many more. Violent Affair is Dave on lead vocals, Jesse on 1st guitar, Domenic on 2nd guitar, Zach on bass, and Ryan on drums.
The band debuted their self released E.P entitled Armageddon in 2009, and were quickly scooped up by German label Razorblade, who subsequently released the bands debut full length "Stand Trial" in 2010. At a time when spiky jacketed, mohawked punk rock was becoming a dying breed, Violent Affair stepped up to the challenge of carrying on the torch and sold over 3000 copies of "Stand Trial" (mostly in Germany alone).

The band has toured the states numerous times, and has shared stages with the likes of The Casualties, Career Soldiers, Monster Squad, The Scarred, SS Kalliert, Street Dogs, Krum Bums and way too many more to mention. 2012 brought the band to Jailhouse Records attention after owner David, pulled out an old copy of Stand Trial he was sent years before and had never bothered to open. Immediately upon listening, he contacted the band and soon signed them for a 3 album deal. Within months, Jailhouse released the well received and first new V/A material in 2 years, "Call To Arms".

Violent Affair has finished recording for their first full length on Jailhouse Records (scheduled for September 10th), and will be touring throughout summer/fall in support.

Dog Company
Dog Company
Dog Company was formed in early 2004 with an obvious bone to pick with the status quo... Whether it be the business as usual politics of D.C., or the ever increasing mediocrity of punk rock. Ex-Staggers front man Joe and bassist Matt decided to return to their roots with the no flash, no gimmick, punchy style of punk rock that Dog Company does so well.

With the release of their first official album “Songs of Discontent” in 2008, Dog Company’s dissatisfaction with the present state of affairs is acutely displayed. With the average song coming in under two minutes and fifteen seconds, its clear that the motto of “rock ‘em in two minutes or don’t do it at all” is definitely at work.

Straight out of the gate Dog Co. not only decries against the attack on individuality and personal freedom (With songs like “Product and Demand” and “Content American”) but also sing of the unity and values they firmly believe in (with title song “Songs of Discontent”). Do not be mislead though, its not all business. With the sing along “Saturday”, Dog Co. shows they are capable of a good time.

Led by the commanding vocals of Joe Blow, and backed by the increased energy of additions Garrett, Shea, and Ron Riot; Dog Company will grab your attention from the first note to the last. In addition to playing with punk legends such as Street Dogs, The Briefs, Lower Class Brats, Vice Squad, Agnostic Front, The Business & Subhumans.
