Do you live life to the fullest? This is a question that for thirty years now has been challenged by a formidable group known as the Skatenigs. A band of heathens that has survived like cockroaches navigating life’s ups and downs making no excuses for their unconventional lifestyles or lack of. Phil Owen (aka Phildo) developed a brand of music that stole from every aspect of outlaw genres such as punk rock, heavy metal, rap, hillbilly and every sacred rock and roll anthem vulnerable to its taking. After landing a deal with the Chicago based Wax Trax Records, through an introduction from his Revolting Cocks cohort and Ministry’s main man Al Jourgensen, Phildo penned the now classic song “Chemical Imbalance.” Years of reckless abandon would result later signing with Megaforce Records, known for their connection to breaking Metallica, a classic episode of “Beavis and Butthead,” video plays on MTV’s Headbangers Ball, several successful tours with Ministry, KMFDM, GWAR, FEAR etc. and a failed European tour with TOOL which brought the band to a break up that would later be revived by Phildo. 2016 brought the release of the band’s most current album “Adult Entertainment for Kids” which features videos for the songs “Taste” and “At War with Myself.” This album currently is streamed in 51 countries and has assured the Skatenigs are anything but forgotten! Join Phildo and his band of creetons as they rise from the gutter to bring you an undeniable experience that is sure to be on your bucket list!
The Flametrick Subs
The Flametrick Subs
The Flametrick Subs is a high-energy, theatrical, Austin, Texas based band. The group was started in 1989 by guitarist/singer, Buster Crash. The band's style is a tongue-in-cheek combination of rockabilly, garage, surf, and B-movie soundtracks. The show is a guilty-pleasure fueled high-speed train wreck with a rockabilly beat. Feel good now... Feel bad tomorrow.

The band has released six full albums beginning with the 1991 release of "Amaze Your Friends with X-Ray Glasses!" on Teen Rebel Records. The next album, "Undead at the Black Cat Lounge" was a live recording at the now defunct, legendary Austin venue, released on Last Call Records. The group then released theirthird record, "Something in Japanese" on Austin-based Kransky Records. Followingseveral West Coast tours, the group went back into the studio and recorded "Voodoo Doo", out on Texas Flat Lizard Records.

The stage at World-famous Antone's in Austin was the setting for "Six Feet Deep in the Heart of Texas", a combination Live Album/DVD released by Texas Flat Lizard. The band's last release; a tribute to The Cramps' singer, Lux Interior, entitled "In the Lap of Luxury" came out in 2015, also on Texas Flat Lizard. The band has toured extensively around Texas, as well as throughout the Southwest, playing both headlining and support gigs. The band has shared the stage with many great bands, The Cramps, Deadbolt, X, Lee Rocker, The Meteors, One-Eye Doll, Levi Dexter, The Reverend Horton Heat, Dale Watson, The Supersuckers, Nashville Pussy,Hank III, and Ghoultown.

The band is currently signed to Texas Flat Lizard Records.
