Night Drive
Night Drive
Night Drive is not a band. It's a mission. 2 secret agents sent out to recalibrate the future of electro pop.

Rodney and Brandon began writing together after the tragic death of a young woman they both were dating, unknowingly at the same time. This collaboration left them with the collection of songs from which Night Drive was born.Night Drive is the type of music you would hear on a car stereo if Giorgio Moroder and Ray Bradbury were driving late at night through a buzzing metropolis. Inspired by dark wave and synthpop alike, and drawing influences from artists such as Brian Eno, The Knife, The Drums, New Order and LCD Soundsystem. Night Drive rides a nu-wave of fast-tempoed, synth-based electronic sounds driven by infectious beats and arresting vocal hooks.

Jake Schrock
"Dallas based electronic composer Jake Schrock assumes a rich, timeless aesthetic that is charismatically unbeholden to contemporary trends. This polished producer conjures masterful arrangements and sound design from his expansive collection of analog synthesizers and drum machines. The unmistakable charm of vintage instruments inspires Schrock’s penchant for sound design and has become the driving force behind his work. At the age of 19, Schrock enrolled in sound recording school where he met fellow student Michael Stein, who would later become a member of electronic quartet S U R V I V E and an Emmy award winning composer for the massively successful Stranger Things soundtrack. Schrock and Stein became instant friends and bonded over their mutual love for analog electronics while sharply honing their studio engineering and production techniques. Schrock‘s work is confidently playful, exuding an aura of lighthearted sophistication unique to contemporary synth culture.”

Secrecies
By complete happenstance, Shawn Magill and Joey Noga met in 2017 at a Cashmere Cat concert in Deep Ellum (Dallas, TX). They instantly connected over their obsession with sexy, synth heavy electro pop and formed a new band, Secrecies. Together, their multi-layered chilling harmonies unite over playful pulses, evoking the heartaches and joys of passing youth. They have performed with Alice Merton, Handsome Ghost, Wilsen, Geneva Jacuzzi, Bad Bad Hats, Nite Jewel, Armors, Swimming with Bears and more.

Their debut single, HOLE IN MY HEART released in 2018 finds warmth in sweet bouncy melodies, as they frame a revolt from the digital dots that connect modern society. Stacked layers of brilliant vocals descend into a gritty bed of rock sentiment, leaving you wanting more. Amy Miller of 91.7 KXT (Dallas, TX) says "I’m loving their sound, I’m loving this song... It’s a song I just can’t get enough of". They are set to release their debut full length album in Spring 2019 on Idol Records.
